We are so excited to open our doors and we have taken all necessary steps to ensure our customers and team members have a safe and wonderful experience!

  1. All employees will have their temperature taken upon arrival.

  2. Masks will be worn by all employees.

  3. Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the restaurant for guests and employees.

  4. All employees will wear aprons while on duty.

  5. Signage has been applied on our floor to help you maintain a 6ft distance while standing in line.

  6. Custom acrylic shields have been installed for all customer service and interaction areas.

  7. During Phase 2, we will be following a 50% capacity rule.

  8. As always, we will be cleaning and disinfecting the entire restaurant and bar prior to opening.

  9. All employees will wash hands every 30-minutes throughout their shift. Food runners will do so more often.

  10. We have dedicated stations with the same people running food and busing throughout the shift to reduce the number of people interacting with our products.

  11. Dedicated bussers have been trained on the proper breakdown and sanitization of tables and chairs before the next guests are seated.

  12. For guests desiring pick up - we can serve you at the usual counter inside Pangea.
